wah.. how the hell did u catch this field?
im trying to do something like this since about three weeks and only got crap -.-
was it in the evening-hours or did u work over the colours to make the field look this 'golden'?

It was in the evening hours, just before the sun went down--it was skimming beautiful gold light across the top of the wheat. I didn't alter the colors at all, though I did change the levels a bit for contrast.

interesting. i've got one question left: after trying a thousand times to do it myself.. where was the sun? infront of you and the camera or in your back?

For that shot, I was south, the model was north, the sun was west.

ah, i see. i think this will help me with my next try. until now i always tried to have the sun in my back to get the fulll reflection of the sunlight on the corn... but of course i nearly always caught my own shadow XD
i'll let you know if i always get that picture done

after trying it again about 20 times i gave up.. i just wasnt able to get the field with the background i wanted and the corn-poppy together in one good looking image.. well, the topic this pic was for was 'summer' and now i think i got a much better idea than the corn-field although
but anyway, thnx for your help!
