Oli had trained a lot with his colt and when he heard about the 3rd Anniversary of SDS it was clear to him, he would take Rowdy to his favorite racetrack to have him run his very first really big race.

"I don't know if your dad ever ran here, boy, but we'll make it count as if he did and you're here to make him proud, won't we?", Oli told Rowdy, when they stood in the starting boxes and waited for the bell to ring and the gates to jump open.

The colt snorted somewhat. He hadn't even tried to go into the starting box backwards, so Oli hoped he was in as good spirits as he was and they'd make a good race. Sure, the colt would probably not win in his first race, but who knew, many people also probably wouldn't have thought Rowdy's sire, RPS Suicidal Tendencies, would become that famous a racehorse being 'just' an obertaurer and now he was the proud fonder of an even prouder line of racehorses and Oli probably felt most proud of all, calling one of these horses his own.

It was cloudy and the rain dripped on the boxes, yet Rowdy didn't seem to mind, he seemed utterly focused on finally being able to shoot out of these gates and show everybody what he could do.
"Make it count.", Oli whispered to the young horse, just then the bell rang, the gates sprung open and Rowdy launched himself out like a rocket, a wide grin on Oli's face.
