I drew this a long time ago for a 'Wolf and Ninja' contest, I believe. I was just going through my files and I saw it. I colored it but didn't like how it turned out so made it b&w and put a texture on it. I like it, but I don't love it.
This isn't anyone in particular. It was kind of an early design for Bannon, but nothing really interesting.
