Description I drew this about two or three years ago for an art project...I love wolves, and thought I'd share it with you all. ^_^ More traditional art coming up.

Medium: graphite pencils

Note: I did use a reference picture for this, a color calendar picture. So I don't have a link to it, and my art teacher has the calendar. (My art teacher helped me advice-wise along the way, but note that the work is my own.) Just to give credit where it's due!

I don't really look for books anymore, so I haven't read that... my schedule has been busy since going into Highschool, and I was depressed in Junior High(PLEASE don't ask...), so I've never found time.

Um smearing...I use a clean piece of paper to rest my hand on when I'm drawing, so my pinky finger doesn't rub across the graphite. It helps ^_^

But omg . . . that totally makes sense. Like you put a piece of paper underneath your hand and go from left to right? Meh, however you do it, that sounds like it would work. I'm gonna try that on my next one. Thanks for the tip!
