Some art I contributed to this book. All the art is done by the artists below and myself, even though our names are barely visible on the credits of the book and it's signed in big letters by the one person who didn't draw a single illustration in it.
And no, I'm not usually so bitter with my clients, but after a contract breach with no indemnization because the guy knows I don't have the money to sue him, I don't want to smile for the crowd.

I recently bought this and I can't wait to start practicing and learning more! I've only really glanced at it so far [I'm waiting until I have more time to soak in the information to look at it more thoroughly] but I can already tell that it's a fantastic resource, the art is INCREDIBLE, and I'm going to love it and learn so much from it ;u;

Hart is a serious arsehole who can't draw for shitzu. I don't even know how he gets away with putting his name on the cover when he usually isn't even listed as a contributing artist in the index.

He used to have a terrible attitude problem. I don't know if he still does, but despite being as painfully polite as I could manage while critiquing the one book of his that I purchased, he got up on a soapbox, accused me of having an ax to grind to the general public, and then blocked me before I could even defend myself. I was young high school age, and already hated making people mad, so it just didn't set well. As a customer, I don't really want to support someone who would be so mean to the people trying to tell him "Hey, there's something a little off in these books you're selling." But he posted a journal a year or so ago that I heard about through another person I was watching, and he admitted that he used to be ego tripping for a while. He apologized for his past actions and such, so... I guess there's been a change of heart? I'm doing my best to put it behind me, but it was a big slap in the face at the time.

LOL he still does have an attitude problem. He did the exact same thing to me when I gave him a suggestion when he posted the rare example of one of HIS OWN illustrations (and it was terrible! this guy cannot draw in anime style). I was nice about it, wasn't mean at all, and I was speaking as someone who has studied manga at a school in Japan, not as some random know-it-all (which is how he treated me). He's gotta be in his forties or fifties, maybe older, by now and he still acts like a child.
