This is my new idea for a OC xD Her name is Neon :3 I'll put her info below this. This is mostly just a concept right now but I'm really proud of her x3 ~Kendall

This is Neon. Shes a Pegasus with gradient effect on her wings and hooves. She has a mane and tail like fluttershy's with streaks of rainbow colors in them. She's based off of, obviously, Neon lights! Her markings on her body and her eyes glows only at night while during the day they don't at all. The left side of the picture is the markings of her during the day and her left eye while the right side has her markings glowing during the night with her right eye. I'm still trying to figure out her talent and cutie mark but I still really liked my concept for her :3 I'll give more info on her as I think of more to do with her like her cutie mark and such. ~Kendall
