I got 99 problems and this bitch is one of them.

So I'm trying to get back into MMD, and what I really want to do is start making my own models for reasons I won't get into here.
My problem is while I can make them look pretty (with premade parts, anyway), I need someone who knows how to make them move pretty.
The whole bones and rigging thing is too complicated for my tiny brain. I don't really have much money (like, $30 per model is out of the question), but I'm willing to negotiate until we agree on something that makes you happy in return for your help. You will always be credited for your work, at minimum.

I don't want it done by someone who struggles with it. I want someone who enjoys playing with models, like I do, so it doesn't drag you down. I hate fighting with things I'm not good at, so if rigging irritates you, please don't trouble yourself for my sake. Only do it because you like to.

At the very least, could someone just fix Sirren, and record their process so I can watch and maybe figure out what I've been doing wrong? Just walk me through it.
There's a lot of tutorials out there already, but very few seem to actually showcase the things I want to do (like remove breasts from outfits), or it's difficult to follow along and understand how to apply that tutorial's steps to my problem.

Needs:
No clipping
Heels should stay straight at all times
Smooth out the sleeves
Whatever the line on his face is in the video needs to be fixed/removed
Twisting and glitching removed from nude model

Bonus wants:
Chest flattened (Sirren is a male, despite his appearance)
Daggers attached to garters
Files cleaned up, because I'm afraid to mess with anything and don't know what can or can't be deleted.
Cute aesthetic eyepatch on slider, dressed/nude, either eye.
