I like the fact you chose an old idea and took it to a whole new level. I love the idea of lining the rings like that, and I actually like how the pages darken at the sides.
One of the things I find dirsturbing in pictures like this is, though, that the book or the pages chosen for the picture aren't quite of the same topic. I know it's a minor thing and most people wouldn't bother trying to read what is said there, but it'd up up to the depth if the pages were a love scene of some novel etc.
But that's pretty much the only thing bothering me so you did a wonderful job with this.

Thank you... And i actually thought about that when i was planning out the shot, but then i realized that i don't own any romantic books! Lol, so i just decided to take a loss and except that it wasn't going to be perfect... But thank you! I appreciate the comment! ^_^

Besides, perfection is for those without anything else to do. True artists give up some things to receive others, so I'd say you did a great job of being an artist and taking this shot anyway. Or then I'm just being silly again...

Welcome to the wide world of normality. I'm a perfectionist when I draw and a lot of people have complained about that (because it takes me ages to get anything done) so I know how it is... When it comes to other things, usually everyday things, I just swing it. lol

I love the idea of lining up the rings (I've only ever seen this done with one ring). I might try playing with the lighting or angle or something, because the sides seem a bit too dark - but I know next to nothing about photography, so I can't be more specific, sorry!

Lol, thank you... And i don't know anything about photography either, so... But i know i wanted to make it have very high contrast so i like the dark sides... I think the reason it was so dark is because i used a flashlight in a closet for the lighting... ^_^

Thank you very much! It was valentines day and i felt in the mood for a little love... So i went in the closet with a flashlight, book, and took my rings off and this is the result! ^_^
