Seeing as how some traditional churches don't seem like they would be accepting of Stoak's spiky hair, a Vegas wedding wouldn't be bad.

As for Vegas weddings, I'm not sure. I bet there are some places that specialize in weird or unique ones, like you get married with the blessings of the Roman Goddess of Love or Cthulhu.

Oooh, probably Klingon, but he wouldn't rule Elvish out. XD As much as he enjoys reading and generally doesn't have the availability for TV (y'know, being the primary driver of the ghost hunting team's short bus and all), but he does enjoy some old school Star Trek.
