Hey, sorry about taking all weekk to get to this
This is pretty cool. I like how the face really shows the expressions as he's singing. The fading effect you seem to have over it probably isn't such a good idea usually, but it seems to work on this one.
I notice that the sound goes slightly out of sync with the animation, so I think you need to change your sound settings to play on Event rather than on Stream. I've not really worked with sound in Flash much though.

I worked on Flash (4) with 16 BpS and released it with 17 BpS (with additual frames). Its different if you play on program or play as .swf ... different time-shifts. I also tried it on the FX Demoversion, but its the same problem >
I think flash is a stupid program to create music-movies, but I dont know a other/better one :/
