Yeah...see, I had it that after she got kicked off Cluster Prime she moved on to another project, taking over Sketchpad City. That's our main mission as the Drawing Board Special Strike Force(you, me, and the others), to torment them and any other Sketchpad City citizen who crosses our paths.
I wanted to make it like a Mayor/Bellum team, so I chose a partnership between Mojo Jojo and Vexus. Pretty cool, huh?
