I like the layout of your panels. I also like the way you represent movement, like in the panels where the one character is picking up the box.
My one constructive criticism is to type your dialogue into Word first -- just to do a quick spell check -- before you put in your comic. You have some typos/spelling mistakes that would be easy to clean up.
Other than that -- I thought it was good. Like I said the layout of the frames, the overall composition of the page -- was good.
