Prologue

40 years have past. Dib is now a world-famous paranormal investigator, hostile alien exterminator, and supreme overlord of everything spooky.

Zim is still trying to take over the Earth. However, every one of his attempts miserably fails. Skoodge has given up his hopes for Zim's redemption. But Zim refuses to give up and disappoint his Almighty Tallests (who have long forgotten him).

After so many failures, Zim's denial begins to break down, and, eventually, so too does what little bit of sanity Zim had. Eventually, in the process of trying to destroy the Earth, Zim destroys himself instead.

This is the story, of the tragic death of an Irken Invader.
