I think this should definitely include the WB characters known as The Goofy Gophers, later named Mac and Tosh.

You left out Miss Jane Hathaway, and Solly and Engie (TF2 soldier and engineer).

Bugs has Lola (a female rabbit), Velma has Shaggy (a guy), and Peppermint Patty and Marcie have Charlie Brown (a boy). All of Velma's crushes and love interests are guys. That alone proves she's straight.

There is no Velma and Shaggy canon relationship as far as I could see. Bugs is not shy about kissing male characters as a joke, or dressing as a woman, make of that what you will. Peppermint Patty and Marcy liking Charlie Brown is probably platonic, it pales compared to the fact that Marcy is never without Patty, and various other relationships in the series are far more obvious such as Sally's unrequited love for Linus.

Peppermint Patty, Marcie and Velma are straight. When Patty and Marcie reach their teens they will start fighting over who gets to date Charlie Brown. Velma is constantly falling in love with male characters especially Shaggy.

Colossus - Only the alternate Universe "Ultimate" Colossus. Who never wore that costume.
Daken - The creators said, he's not actually gay or bisexual, but asexual and ruthless; and he is just using sex to manipulate others.
Beside that, (and i hope I'm not to nitpicky), great work!
And about Rawhide Kid - I wish they wouldnt have done that. He became kinda caricature of a gay Person.

However, if you Google "Lexington gargoyle gay" you'll see, on many different websites,
that the creators of the show did, in fact, officially say that he was gay.

I know it's just a fan-made wiki, but it seems pretty consistent with other sources
The website says "Greg Weisman has revealed that Lexington is gay, 'although he hasn't fully realized [it] yet.'"

btw, I have always loved the concept of LGBT cartoon characters, I have no idea why. Oh and this one might be typical, and I dont know if you like them or not, but I think Rainbow Dash and Scootaloo could fit the criteria. that's just me though lol

i think spongebob is also rather bisexual. there's a little tension between him and sandy...
but actually they could be each others beard; sandy could be gay, but she's the only girl in bikini bottom (except perla and mrs puff but they don't count)

What about R2D2 and C3PO? They are at least speculated to be gay, and threepio is very stereo-typically gay acting. Technically, Droids don't have sexual organs, but they are at least acting gay. Then again, R2D2 is not recognizably male or female.
