My favorite of Darkwing's Rouges Gallery of Villians: Dr. Reginald Bushroot - the Not-So-Evil-One. ^_^ He was always so sweet and neurotic and never really meant anybody any harm - he was always just misunderstood and mislead. Aww Bushroot was aways My Favourite characters on that cartoon,I still remember I always wanted to hug the poor guy.
