I actually drew this nearly a year ago, feb 2009. In a big Zelda mood though so decided to post it now. Link and Navi, done with markers that could range anywhere from copic to prismacolour to chartpack, possibly even crayola. I'll really use anything within range if it's the right colour.Think I sold this drawing at Anime Detour, though I do offer commissions in this style.
I loved Link in OoT, and truth be told, I'm fond of Navi too. I understand where she could be annoying... but at least respect that she was a precious friend to Link.

Haha even I drew Link at Anime Detour. It was TP Link though. I like him in OoT too. Liz and I might be doing a cosplay of Link and Zelda sometime. Huurrr.
Anyways! This is really nice, I do wish I could markercolor like you. There is nothing wrong with Crayola markers. I like the little bit of pink on his cheeks and nose.

... really? Because I was kind of entertaining the idea of doing a Dark Link cosplay now that I have short hair and sexy brown boots. (Of course, I would be going as Four Swords + Dark Link [link] instead of Ocarina of Time Dark Link, which would significantly reduce my popularity with the fangirls, ah ha ha)
Anyway! Thank you! :3 Aaaah, skin tones have so many colours in them, I use so many markers on the skin it's insane.

It is true, I think they improved that in Minish Cap. In that game your sidekick would advise you on where you need to go once each time you turned the game on, but from there on out would let you roam as you wanted without bothering you about it. |D
