hey.... guess who stayed up all night learning how to use a tablet. meeeeee! i have to say i reaallly under estimated easy paint tool sai. who would have thought the progrm i scoffed at and neglected to use would turn out to be the easiest thing to use for a tablet user. its soooo precise even with my ice skating rink of a tablet. the blur tool is the best ive ever used in my life and will now make pictures with soft shade insanely easy. i can rotate the picture with ease, like say if theres a line i need to stroke thats upside down, i can just flip the picture and zoom in in seconds.the only problem i have is i cant find a smudging tool. so if you know where it is id love to hear from you. that is all
heres my rosie, its my tradition to try new styles on her for the best of luck. hasn't failed me yet

I don't use Paint tool sai much but if anything, it's all in the lines. Coloring and shading usually makes up for it but once you master lining, Your stuff'll look better than ever

true dat, but ill stick to gimp for line art and shade in sai from now on. i made vektra last night and she looks incredible. you'll see tomorrow

I'd try using the water tool for smudging. It's a little tricky to grasp at first though
