It's not his actual design. He's a lot prettier here than he should be. It's from a transitional period for him, and he's supposed to be in ratty stolen clothing and all grimy/unbathed. The sword was supposed to fit that straight scabbard but I was like "ehhh, random fantasy sword is more fun. No one will notice it doesn't work." I guess I was wrong lol

I like to think he turns out pretty bad ass assassin after he accepts his duty, but I am biased towards him. I'll be drawing more of him and his associates soon : )
