in commemoration of my new knowledge of wing anatomy, let us toast to my new archangel oc, LouisHis sofas have a gap so his wings and the wings of his other bird friends can bend properly
Plus he knows the internet and the thing he hates is that when he sees "angels" being drawn

Its set around christmas, btw. I don't know why))
Flavia had been in some city for the day, shopping for presents for her family. She had two bags in all, but she could just hold them on one of her hands. She had then gone to get a hot drink. She had rested in the warm shop for a bit, before deciding it was about time to head out.. She walked out of the shop, her eyes squinting against the wind. She wasn't really looking at where she was going, and felt herself bump into someone, her bags falling from her hands. "I'm sorry!" She said, stooping down to get her bags.

Louis opened a small gap in the curtain of feathers in front of him. "O-Oh my! Please, I should be the one apologizing! I wasn't looking where I was going and I had to cover myself using my wings so the gust of snow wouldn't freeze me that much! Let me help you." He started picking up the extra bags the girl dropped earlier and carried it for her "Silly old me, But anyways I'm sorry, Alright?"Β

Flavia looked up at him, noticing his large wings. She then looked up to his face, a small smile appearing. "Oh, it fine! It is really cold today, isn't it?" She asked, laughing a bit to herself. Usually the cold didn't really bother her, but it was bone-chillingly cold today, and the wind didn't help either. She shivered a bit, not being able to wait until she was inside somewhere warm again.

Louis thought for a moment, "You look really cold. I want to invite you in my house but I think you're headed somewhere important and i thought we could share my fireplace over a cup of hot chocolate." He really wanted some company after being a long in his house a for a long time. No really going in there except his older brother, Raphael. "So, what do you say? I-I'm not trying to be a creep or anything, I just wanted to invite you over for a small chat. It gets pretty quiet at the house sometimes."

She looked at him for a moment, eyes wide and blinking, before she realized what he had offered. A small, almost unnoticeable blush covered her cheeks, and she smiled at him. "Um, sure!" She said. The wind changed direction suddenly, blowing her hair in front of her face. She brushed it back, tucking it behind her ear. She shivered again, trying to make it so he wouldn't notice.

"Awesome!" said Louis. "Now c'mon, let's get ourselves out of these frozen wasteland we call a city." He started walking with her as he lifted his left wing to cover her from the harsh blasts of snow. "By the way, what's your name? I'm Louis by the way. And let me carry those bags if you please."

"Danke!" She said, her cold self not being able to notice she wasn't speaking in English. His wind was stopping a lot of the snow that was flying at them, and she sighed a bit, glad that the cold wasn't as bad. "Oh, und mein Name ist Flavia." She responded. She seemed to realized then, and she blushed a bit. "I-I mean my name is Flavia." She said, slightly sheepishly. "Oh, ad its fine, they're not all that heavy." She said, swinging the bags in her hand a bit.
She's Swiss, so she sometimes starts talking in german when she's not paying attention

"Tally-ho, that's some fine accent you got there!" said Louis, "So you're German by birth, or just learned?" He felt the wind getting stronger as wings begin to grow numb. "oh wow the wind's getting really strong, i want us to fly, but my feathers are fREEZING. I think they'll stay stiff until we reach my house. But it's ok, at least it's only a few blocks away now. I can see the smoke coming from my chimney in here!"

"Well, technically I'm Swiss, but my parents taught me German, since they could speak it fluently!" She explained, grinning. She scooched over further in his wings protection, feeling bad about his wing, as it was mostly her fault. She stopped for a moment, going on her tiptoes, trying to see smoke in the distance.

Louis noticed her body language and he though she felt bad about something, "N-no it's ok! Oh and please don't be sorry about this, it's fine. I don't actually feel any pain when its numb." Louis was still embarrassed and wanted to apologize again, "Uhm, if my wings aren't really doing anything, i can wrap my arms around you o-or we could share my jacket! Whatever you like just to keep you warm and im so sO sorry."

Flavia blushed, shaking her head and letting her hair fall into a sheet in front of her face. "I-I'm fine!" She said awkwardly, wanting to just cover her face with her hands. "I don't usually get cold-- so I'm just not really used to it and--" She trailed off, her face still warm, the small snowflakes landing on her face instantly melting.

Flavia blushed, shaking her head. "Wha- N-No, I'm fine! I was just getting out of the wind a bit and..." She trailed off, shaking her head again. Her eyes darted around a bit, and she searched for something to change the subject. She very badly wanted to just cover her face with her hands to hide her blush.
