Description this character belongs to he ask me if I did requests and I said yes.

and so his request was that I would draw a character of his called Admin.

from what he told me about this character. I think he goes with Sci-fi but I could be wrong.

Well, the Admin is transhuman; he used to be fully human, but after he was captured, he was forcefully evolved and had procedures done until his superiors decided that he fit the role of an assassin.
I want to know where I can go or who to see so I can have the same stuff done. I'd do anything to be the Administrator! Except for work out, because that's not something I do
