I first made a greyscale version of this drawing and drew the colors on top of them with a layer set in Overlay

Very pretty, I love the soft colouring and the little details of the embroidery, the eyes, and the hair.
There are two little things I might suggest. The first is that her left (our right) eye looks a little out of place. I think this is only the case because of the bright highlight you have on the eyelid. Since the light source is above and to the right, I would expect some shadow here too. The light gives it a very slight 'bulging' effect.
The second is, since the breasts look pretty small, there shouldn't be quite so much cleavage line on the right one. It looks like it's being squished even though the arm doesn't seem to push on it. Whereas on the left, the arm is tucked against her body and this makes sense.
