your studies are great, do you have video tutorials for these?

Awesome! Is there a particular brush or setting you use to blend the colors?

Thank you! I don't remember exactly what brush and setting I used, but I think it was just the default hard round brush set at different opacities, depending on how much I wanted to blend. I usually just adjust the opacity (and sometimes flow) as I'm painting until it feels right for what I'm trying to achieve at that specific moment. Hope that helps!

impresive work, not only your knowledge of anatomy is great, but also your color approach.
Beautiful studies.

Geez I didn't read it at first and took a look. Thought The renders were reference photos. Excellent work.

Sorry if someone's already asked this before, but do you usually colourpick from the original reference when blocking in colours?

No, I never colorpick from any reference when I'm painting. I find choosing my own colors leaves me more flexible to making decisions in accentuating certain colors and downplaying certain colors if I want to.

That's pretty damn good coloring and shading! If I didn't know any better, I'd say they were photographs instead of photoshop hands! ^^

I don't mean render as in render using a 3d program, if that's what you're confused about. In art school, we just used "render" to mean shading, detailing, coloring, etc. Hope that helps!
