For sure! - They were hella-helpful!! ... I had to do a fair bit of altering and even after I'd stitched and stuffed the thing it wasn't quite right and I ended up re-sewing bits of it, but even so, I really wouldn't have known where to start without it!! - Many thanks!!

What kind of fabric do you use? I'd like to try my hand at making small plushes like this, but I'm afraid of ordering too long of a pile.. I'd like them to look about that that; you know, the fur in proportion to the body.

IsisMasshiro In reply to Sloas [2011-04-06 09:48:35 +0000 UTC]
Very thin fluffy fabric. Sadly, it seems to be very rare to get in here Finland.
Thinner is always better if you're going to do small plushies. And it would be even more better if the fabric is flexible too.

I utterly adore the fact that you made a stoat.
Every time I say "stoat" people look at me like I just coughed. No one seems to know what a stoat is in America!
Much love!

AKM-Linearts In reply to im-so-random [2016-05-08 00:54:33 +0000 UTC]
Another name for the stoat is short-tailed weasel (though apparently, the Irish Stoat is an exception to this and people say it's not a weasel).Β Maybe that's why.

I've been looking around for practice patterns to make plushies, and I'd like to use this one for my first ever. Do I have permission to use it, and post the result on my dA page, with due credit to you?
