Yes, I can see that you emphasized the spots on your body...
I hope you realize they are a part of what and who you are. There may be a very few who cover them and even lesser few who let them be removed, but somehow it is like the colour of your eyes. They show something about you and are quite an important feature of your body and to my opinion they are never awful or ugly. Like freckles - some have a lot, some a few. Bodily features I never hate or dislike. Somehow they tend to shape and complete the personality.

This is a beautiful piece. I'm a little disappointed at the lack of a description or explanation. It feels like there's a lot of meaning and emotion behind this.
It looks to me that this is about not being touched/looked at/noticed etc like you want to and thinking about all your imperfections at every rejection.
I would love to hear other interpretations especially from the artist.
