Karina felt a bit nervous as she handled a horse that she wasn't used to, though really Phantom was a sweet, if slightly goofy mare. She just didn't want to fail the mare's owner, and she was such an admirer of Nordies, she wanted to do justice to the mare and the breed. However as she waited in the ring with the mare her nerves left her and she just felt calm, the cold air clearing her thoughts.
