Nice Cream Wanderer: A person who walks all around the Underground in search of people who want his signature Nice Cream. He always serves customers with a smile, and will give everyone a "Nice Cream Fortune" with every purchase. Overall, he's just a nice guy.Haterpants: The manager/cashier of the "Freshburger" fast food joint in the CLT Hotel. He's not exactly the best person to hang around, for he's a huge grump most of the time, and the rest of the time he's too busy smoking "that dank green" to even care about his job. He does seem to care alot about the Nice Cream Wanderer though... How peculiar.
