So if you don't know, I've just gotten Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam, after a long wait to get it. And my god. I wish I'd gotten it sooner.It's pretty damn fun. The aesthetics (like how fire does criticals on paper enemies) and the character reactions (it breaks the fourth wall so many times) are top-notch. Also the battle system, like Dream Team, is tight and functional. The way Paper Mario plays is also a fresh tactic, with the Copy Block and the Trio Attacks.
Overall its a fun little experience, especially if you like Mario & Luigi and Paper Mario. Highly reccomended game from me.

just renting this now, first time I'm playing the Mario and Luigi rpg series, Paper Mario I'm familiar with of course. Love the team up crossover, like Sonic Generations.

tbh in terms of story its barebones as hell but as a game its my second favorite behind dream team

yeah the story is a little "basic", by what im seeing atm (i just beat roy and wendy), but either way its almost flawless in terms of a Mario RPG
