It looks pretty nice, though the movement is off on more than one part, I'd say xP Regardless, a good animation for first time.
Details aren't important in the rough of animation, and thus, adding whiskers and fur texture really wasn't necessary. Also, the left foreleg doesn't seem to touch the ground at all, which, unless the feline's limping, really stands out as off to me. Also, the movement of the head probably needs a bit more depth to it, and the animation more frames to make it run more smoothly.
Here would probably one simple semi-example of feline movement, since watching and observing usually helps :3

Yeah, animating takes a while to master, and then there's still things that need practice and work.
I myself still am in the beginning learning stages of animation, haha, so I can't say much on the skills department at the moment.

the anatomy is awesome 'o'
it's really pretty, mind if I mention one thing I noticed though 
you may want to arch the back a bit more as the cat lowers her neck and the legs get closer
but otherwise it looks really good to me

It's not screwy at all. It's your first time, after all, and I can only see a few flaws. Like a lot of people said, one of the paws is just like... Floating, but otherwise your leg movements are great. The head and the tail are flawless. The thing that I noticed was that since the cat doesn't really... Move, because it's not going up and down. The cat doesn't really seem to be running, just leaping/running kindof... I dunno, maybe it's me. --Headdesk--
But this is so much better than I could have ever done. <333 I love eet ~
