I kind'a had the same idea ("it'd be so much better if the join pop-up told the group's rules!"), but I didn't think about actually suggesting it or anything... ^_^"
Any way to make it look less boring to read? In my opinion, it looks too much like those terms and services things that everything has and no one wants to read.

Oh man this is a great idea! As the owner of a group, I honestly get sick of telling people to read the rules. DA should seriously seriously consider doing something like this.
