If I'm gonna develop the Kenomaera's headworld you can be SURE AS ALL FUCK that there's gonna be a Kenomaera marine subspecies. And no, they're not water-based Kenos, they're a subspecies of their own that live mainly in the sea!
The previous design looked too much like Eerays and Manta Sharks, so I've reworked them and based them off of the lionfish. They've lost in the cute department, but goddamn they're badass now, and extremely easy to tell apart from the other two!

- Roleplay
- Put them in AUs or make them interact with other species
- Put them in fandoms, as long as it's a non-canon au for their life
- Give them whatever outfit you want, although keep it simple: most of them don't wear anything!
- Change their markings a bit, or give them a few, if you want
- Work with them in OR out of the given canon headworld. We want this group and species to be as free as it can be!

Basics
The Makolians are a marine cousin species of the Kenomaera. Their skin is leathery and difficult to tear, and always hydrated when out of the water. If the Makolian is too dehydrated, they must be rehydrated immediately or they may die.
As a species, they're widespread across Eslion, as they're an extremely adaptable species. They live in oceans, seas and even lakes. However it's known that they prefer warm, salty waters, so the t

There isn't much about them for now, but here are a few pointers.
- Soul Gem just like their land living cousins, the Kenos and Strings. The colour is affected by the element
- Elements are almost all available aside from Earth, Fire, Ice and Electricity.
- In lack of a tail blade, this species has developed spikes all over the length of their tail and sometimes on their back.
- In lack of back spikes, the Makolian may have a transparent fin.
- May have horns but it's not mandatory.
- One or two pairs of large fin-like wings, they can glide over the air for a few seconds after jumping out of the water. The wings are based off a lionfish's fins, with semi-transparent membrane and cartilaginous / crystalline spikes.
- Ears and fins come in normal or crowned variations, both equally common. Crowned fins will still have the crystalline spikes, but the membrane will be more opaque.
- Gills on neck.
- Feet type can be spear (common) or fairy (uncommon).
- The creature itself can be based on any kind of existing marine / lake fauna or completely randomized design wise.
- Unlimited possibilities colour and design wise.
- They live underwater, but can survive on land for about 8 hours. They must remain hydrated if they want to survive more.

FUCK I love them.
it took me two hours to design them because I wanted them to be easily recognizable from the Eerays. I know the adopt community here is a lot more accepting than the dragon one, but having something I can call 100% my own is great <3

Other people allowed to make adopts of these guys will be Pati-Adopts and HariotAdopts . They can also own unlimited amounts of characters from this species.
