Tried to keep it under an hour. Ended up being like an hour and twenty minutes. Had completely forgotten that Phobos both existed and was a really cool boss in PN1. Going to have to give it a replay!Related content

I saw some hints that he may be appearing in Project Nexus 2. In one of the demo livestreams they showed, it showed some of the MERCs receiving Audio Log Messages from him, meaning he must've somehow been brought back to life by the Nexus crew or something.
