Here's a picture of Rogue from Megaman Starforce 2. His real name is Solo and he's the rival of Geo AKA Megaman, the last survivor of the Continent of Mu, and he can EM Wave Change into Rogue with an ancient star carrier without an EM body accompanying him. As the last survivor of Mu, he's extremely dedicated to his homeland and strives to protect the future of Mu, its people and its technology by any means. As Solo's name suggest, he has an intense hatred of bonds and relationships and hates the idea of people coming together. One day, he's hired by Lady Vega and her group to find ancient artifacts called the OOPARTS in order to bring back the continent of Mu to its rightful glory and for Vega to use it for her own purposes. But Solo doesn't want Vega and her group to defile his country so he follow their orders and goes on his own missions to revive Mu.

Using his own ancient star carrier, he's able to EM Wave Change into Rogue without an EM being. As Rogue, he's able to his dark EM powers to shoot rocket fists out of his right hand, phase through all forms of matter, and he can summon a swords to use to strike at his enemies.
