Had to draw him again after reading Dalek Generations i just had toI tried to take Nicholas Briggs description to heart mainly for the casing colour which he describes as constantly changing in colour, at the same time i didn't want bright colours nor too many of them, though i kinda lost his full blue colour in the mix, i think you kinda can see it but eeeh, also i drew him with a RTD style
the text is from the Doctor Who Dark Eyes audio adventure by Big Finish
I've kept the photoshop file for this one cause I predict I'll be coming back to him again to mess around with his colours

Look out, BAMF coming through! The DTC is nice as well.
Like the lightening you put around his halos and the blur. Rings seem a bit wide but then again they do move and aren't solid.

glad you noticed the rings I do know where your coming from with them being big, I was thinking of this ring rotation when I was working on them [link]

It's a cool effect but the logic part of my brain can't get over the lack of physics if his rings where to rotate like that. It would have to cut through his casing wouldn't it?

indeed, i was thinking that to explain that is that the rings are always in a state of temporal flux or something, like we can see them clearly but wouldn't be able to touch them

You could try touching them, but if they're made out of Temporal Energy, I imagine the effects could be quite painful. Just looking at them made the Doctor feel pain, albeit when he shifted form.
