Hey guys, my 2nd tutorial! Yippee!

This time i'm trying to show you my technique on drawing the
nose as i now it's a b**ch to draw. Its a pretty simple technique
as you can see, however i think it's very effective and can help
to draw pretty good noses.

[NOTE] The drawing examples here aren't the best as i'm not great at drawing neatly on my tablet just yet, so please
let me know if its hard to understand and i will try to update
it and make it clearer.

Hope it helps!
Feedback would be great, thanks!

Thank you this was very helpful!  I have been drawing in an anime like style for a long time now, so trying to change into a more westren comic style has been a bit of a challenge.

I just wanted to say that this helped me GREATLY. It's phenomenal, and I appreciate you dumbing it down to a level even I could understand! I mean, I think I can actually draw a nose now, and /that/ is a feat. I've been trying to figure out how to draw a proper nose for ages, and in such a simple way as throwing ellipses together, you've taught me what my figure drawing teacher hasn't.
I love you <3 thank you so much for this tutorial.
Now, if I could just find one so simple for mouths/lips...

THank you very much, i am glad that you've found the tutorial helpful.
I can't take much credit for the technique as a whole as its mostly just things i've picked up along the way and wanted to share it.
Goodluck with those mouths

Thank you on the help. I favorited earlier, but that wouldn't be fair if I didn't say why >_<

It was really helpful and helped simplify it for me. Before, I was just using circles, one big one for the main part, and two smaller ones slightly hidden by the bigger one's edges. But this definitly helps out with different types of noses, rather than my unchanging method before. Thankyou

I don't think it's a perfect method by far, but i'm glad it has helped you.
