She's a character from a Local Production called "Silent Night" where Temptress and Purity fight over whether people do indeed have a heart.

It was a really good play because they really put alot of effort in this (unlike those crappy school plays you were forced to go to) with acting and effects and the whole dynamic lighting and shit. you get the picture.
