So this is the second Commission for and you happen to be staring at Deoxys. Strange Pokemon this one is, but he was super fun to make!

This is actually a new shading technique for me in some ways! ;D
After I feel more comfortable with it though, there will definitely be a tutorial.
As for the speed, I'm naturally fast at art, but when I really enjoy something, it comes together even faster. I'm still putting my all into it, don't worry about that.
