A character for Dusty’s story, “Mixania”.Inspiration: A fusion of Space Ghost (Hanna-Barbera) and Quasar (Marvel Comics).
Aurelius Duke is a former United Space Alliance soldier turned cosmic-powered superhero after he was given special cosmic-powered bands called “Galactic Bands” for a saving an alien’s life from space pirates. With the Galactic Bands, they don him a space-styled supersuit and he becomes Captain Cosmic.
