Description
As the title says, several random characters.The dancing kinda samurai cat was inspired in those old, somewhat medieval, typical japanese illustrations, that's why it's head looks in an odd angle.
The guy may be some shaman or some tribal guy.
I wanted to try some mouse people and birds too.

That kid is feline, inspired in leopards. He's one of my favorites.

Me acuerdo de la pelΓcula cuando le hicieron propaganda alguna vez pero nunca pude verla. Es buena? (igual me encanta ver las de Disney).

Siiii tienes razΓ³n me acuerdo de ese nombre. Ya que el Sherlock Holmes original de las novelas vivΓa en Baker's street! Si me acuerdo que me encanto el diseΓ±o de esos personajes, aparte q rayo con lo victoriano y los detectives (aparte de los mostros).

Tienes una maravillosa coleccion de personajes e ilustraciones en tu galeria

holy buckets, these are awesome.....the samurai cat thing is cool, but i really like the guy at the top with the wolf pelt, that's just....i dunno, but i really want a wolf skin now

Thanks! With the samurai cat I wanted to make it look like those old paintings with their odd positions and all. And the guy with the wolf pelt is my favorite one too. XD

the old japanese prints and paintings are so....different. the angles, details, and everything was highly stylized, but it's such a decorative way to depict stuff. the faded colors of those images translate well with the look of your work, which is never too bright but never quite dull, either....it fits the palette.

Exactly, I think that's one of the reasons their comics are so stylized and clean from the beginning, their art was their mayor influence. Is later with the influence comming from earlier Disney style that the shape of the faces changed in those rounded forms... jez I can talk a lot about this. XD
