Description First self-portrait in such a long time. I was long overdue for a change, so I cut off my hair. Personally, it was more than just a haircut. Insecurities used to eat me alive, so I would hide behind my hair. Honestly, It took me so many years to become comfortable enough with myself for such a change. I've grown out of who I used to be. So, here's to a new start and a brand new me...

You sure don't look insecure in this photo on the contrary you look very confident and comfortable with who you are.
I know it's not easy to fight insecurities cause I used to do the same as you, hide under my hair, until I realized that I was my own worst nightmare and it was me who could save myself from myself, confusing but true.
Props for becoming a person you want to be and keep it up.
