You have to learn Epona's song as a kid from Malone, playing it will make her trust you. After that you go back to being an adult and play it and she will let you ride her. Ask me anything about OOT

The Biggoron sword is the reward for completing the trade quest of OOT, the last 2 items are difficult to do.
