Scout is a very easy going person (or so she believes she is), she likes to make everything a game and put a fun twist on serious situations. She's been pulling a "I don't give a shit about anything," attitude lately because of recent events. Underneath it all though she's an extremely loyal friend (if you get that far) and would gladly run down anyone if they double cross someone she cares about. Again, it's hard to reach that point now but it's still possible. She can be a wise ass and shouldn't be taken seriously 95% of the time since she mostly speaks in sarcasm.

She came from a VERY well off family but craved more adventure in her life/was sick and tired of being the good daughter. One day when she was out at the market with her mother she ran into a little shinx who seemed to have had the shit kicked out of him recently, and introduced herself without trying to cover up any of her nosiness. His black eye was just too fascinating, she had to press on. This pissed the kid off, but he seemed more happy about that fact that someone was making an effort to see if he was okay and gladly told her an over exaggerated tale of how he fought off three 'giant' luxrays. It was the latter obviously, but Scout still found the story interesting.

It became a pattern, whenever her mother went out she'd follow only to slip off and go visit the little shinx who had slowly become her friend. She learned more about him through their miniature bonding sessions over berries and cake (that she'd supply) what his name was, where he came from, why he was alone, and what she could do. A few months later Mao, her little shinx, had evolved and found himself in more trouble with the same three giants from before. The whole situation was numbed over after the Pichu suggested he should wear a bag on his head to hide his identity and resting bitchface. "Bless the Luxio curse," she'd say and then laugh. She's bit more wired than usual and you could blame it on trying to distract herself from some undisclosed sadness.

Ivy & Co.: All the basic pyroar bitches that led her to the drag racing world. They come in handy sometimes, but Scout still prefers to hangout with eletric types. It gets too hot when they're all around anyways. EHUEHEU WONDER WHY.
