Sai's the pimp because Sai and Ino are the main characters of Open Your Eyes. At first it was just Jiraiya and Ino, but then I wanted to put Sai in for the heck of it...at first he was just going to shout, "That's MY BITCH!" but I decided to go all-out and make him a pimp. I just think it's funny.
I also thought about making Chouji and Shikamaru pimps too, but it seemed like there would be too many pimps.
Maybe Naruto would have been funnier as the pimp.
