Description
Hi, this is Ritch, Chunky's younger brother. The macawnivore species was defined in the movie Croods (2013) by DreamWorks animation studio, where was presented by character named Chunky.
When I first saw the macawnivore species, I want to create it, sadly there was no experience. Now, after five years, I finally did him : Ritch the Macawnivore. (Yes, it's combination of colorful macaw and carnivore cat.)

Model:
This model was probably the most complicated thing I ever did,but i love challenging myself .
Model is fully rigged with IK skeleton
Fur:
On this model is over then 8 500 000 dynamic hairs, and 8 different layers of fur. Every one was created manualy without script..
On a whole base mesh is 20 000 paths for a hairs grow direction. Every one hair have a physically computed gravity and collision system for the best realistic animation.
Model spec.:
Making time: about 45 Hours
Polygons: 20 000 + dynamic tessellation up to 3 000 000 (basemesh was remeshed from 250 000 before rigging)
Hairs: 8 layers of fur, over then 8 500 000 hairs with dynamic, gravity, collision, mass ..........
Skeleton: 72 bones on IK skeleton.

Nice! That's really cute I like how you did the fur. It's really hard to get that right in 3D, you did a great job!

thank you , fur in 3D is something like my specialty and I'm trying to make her realistic in all respects. Of course, many days of study are hidden behind it. I really glad you like it
