Joke Picture.After the brutal fight with Homer Simpson and Peter Griffin that left much of Springfield completely destroyed, Springfield declares war on all of Quahog and there is gonna be Hell to Pay. Springfield is on the warpath to destroy Quahog.

Except for a few, alongside their Dimmsdale, Elmore, Retroville, Bikini Bottom, Rock Bottom, and various allies of Quahog still fighting back. As Peter fires his revolver, killing one Springfieldian soldier.

But a bomb hit Peter and killed him and then a massive army of soldiers came busting in and they were shooting them all

Then, as Peter woke up, he realized he's dead.
Peter: Well, this sucks.

The terror of Quahog and the other baddies was over

Later, Peter is resurrected by god, and is sent to a conference room, full of Springfield army and allies, and the defeated leaders that allied with Quahog.
Peter: What did I miss?
Joe: Peter. We lost the war. And now we're paying heavy war reparations to Springfield. Oh yeah, you were dead for a few hours.

But Peter had a terrible record

Conference guy: Alright, everyone, this is the conference room of Royal Woods. As you can tell, Springfield and their allies have won the war. And now the losing side that allies with Quahog has to pay war reparations.
Peter: Man, this sucks.
Brian: Oh. It could've gone worse, Peter.
Peter: You're right, Brian. So. What's this treaty about?

Conference Guy: Alright. The Treaty of Royal Woods has began. There are rules that the defeated side has to accept. 1: Continue the year long community service to Springfield and his allies. 2: Return all territory you took from Springfield and their allies back to where they belong. 3: Restore democracy on every cities that allied with Quahog, and remove the tyrants. 4: Peter Griffin has to serve the Simpsons for 5 years. 5: Plankton has to step down from ruling Bikini Bottom and Rock Bottom for his crimes. 6: Dr. Finbarr Calamitous has to step down from ruling Retroville for his crimes. 7: Quahog will under Springfield territory. Last but not least, 8: All the rebelling cities has to come back to US soil.
