Splinter Cell: Was about Sam finding out about a Georgian plot to insert commandos into Azerbaijan and destabilize the government so they could take over and seize control of the oil, failing this the Georgian president goes into hiding with the help of a rogue Chinese splinter faction in the PLA and then unleashes a cyber-terrorist attack on the US, later he attempts to use a dirty bomb to regain political power but is killed by Sam. He calls Sarah once to see if she's okay after the initial terrorist attack to see if she's okay and later in the games epilogue, she had no impact on the plot.
Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow: A member of a Indonesian militant faction commences terrorist attacks on US target until US special forces are force to take aggressive actions to prevent further attacks, the militant leader with the help of a former CIA agent manages to acquire a chemical weapon that he plans to use as an "insurance policy" if he's captured or killed, after third echelon locates and retrieves the various chemical bombs and the militant leader is captured Sam kills the former CIA agent who was attempting to use the last canister of the chemical agent in a terrorist attack in a LA airport. Sarah is not even mentioned.
Didn't play the 3 one Chaos Theory but from what I've read Sarah has nothing to do with this ones story either.
Splinter Cell Double Agent: After finding out his only Daughter has been killed he decides to infiltrate a terrorist organization and gain they're trust so he can acquire intel on their various members and operations, it ends with Sam killing the key members of the group thus destroying it and ending the threat it presents. Although Sarah does play a role in the story she is not physically in the game and they did not blame her accident on Sam.

So...because I didn't mention the Terrorist acts Sam stops in each game, I'm completely wrong about his Daughter? I even said in the description it's a joke (as the only continuing plot-point has little to do with the games terrorist plotline).
Would there still be a problem if I just had "Splinter Cell 1" to the first frame?

haha nice, but from what I recall, Sam wasn't blamed for the accident as far as I know, I thought he was just given a cover story to get into jail and thus into the JBA
