Hello all long time no see...When I got my little bearded dragon Snoopy I never thought he would ever take as much work as he does. Within a few weeks of receiving Snoopy he came down with parasites at one point nearly killing him; ever since I've been spending much of my time getting him back to health. Three and a half months ago when I took him in to the vet as a 10 week old he weighed a mere 10 grams, as of yesterday (7/21/05) he weighed 130 grams.
Sadly all this time I haven't gone out to take one pic; I've been spending much of my computer time of at [link] a great forum for anyone with a bearded dragon.
I want to thank all those that have stuck around and continued to watch, fav, comment, and look at my work even though I haven't been around to do the same. I hope to be back with new pic soon!

i know i'm a little late commenting on this but i have to say this ^^
i used to have a bearded dragon named snoopy as well haha and she (first i thought it was a male) got parasites too ... later on i had to give her and spikey, my other beardie, away cause i didn't have any time anymore cause i went to another school, but i think snoopy died some time ago
i've got a cool shot of spikey but i'm not sure whether i should upload it ^^

Beautiful shot. Not so easy as it looks. I am owned by Reptiles too. They are darlings.
I'm glad you managed to beat the parasites. Thankfully, I haven't had that problem as yet and hope I never do.

Amazing shot of your lil Snoop there. He is a fine Bearded Dragon. My Beardy loves posing for the camera. As soon as he sees it in my hands he gets all hyper wanting to come out and pose for me. He loves flaring his beard and bobbing his head while I take shots. I just need to get a perfect one of him Opening his mouth with his Jet Black Beard on display. Perfect my fave animal in the world.

I love beardies, I have two (Tidus and Flare, male and female respectively), and they are the greatest pets ever. To answer a previous question, no, their spikes do not hurt at all.

Wow.... This pic is cool. I feel as though I can reach out and touch the little spines on the side of Snoopy's face and get pricked. I've never really gotten that impression from a photograph before. I hope Snoopy has a future free of health problems.

Sorry to hear he was ill! He's DARLING! I currently have an iguana. ^-^ I love her to death. I was thinking about adoption an adorable beardeddragon. Thanks for the link. I'm looking into them now. (How big they get, etc) ^-^ My hardest issue would be giving them bugs to eat. I.. Don't like to touch bugs ;-; (Luckily my iggy doesn't eat bugs)
