I think I might have gone a little dark with this one but it seems to have sort of turned out. I don't know. Like many in the past i've got caught up in the details a little too much. Realizing this I kind of had to rush a little bit to keep the time down.I should mention I wasn't keen on sticking to the reference images because this guy smiling so much throws me off of what his character is about. If he's a bad guy I don't think he'd be smiling. He's not the joker, the guy is a killer aparently. So I gave him sort of a haunting grimace instead of the smile.
Overall kinda fun, strange character though. I've not heard of this guy before. Never really got into the Judge Dredd comics.

aybe you should check out a few Dredd stories, you may like them
there's some pretty awesome ones like Judge Dredd vs Aliens that's a good one

Thanks man! My initial sketches didn't turn out of this, had to work on it a few times erasing and redrawing. I'm not sure i'm happy with it, but if you see what I was trying to do, then I guess I succeeded lol. Thanks again!

This is a great version of Judge Death. I think he smiles because he enjoys his work and in his world it is a crime to be alive so when visiting earth..he has of work to do.

Ah, I didn't think of that. That he would enjoy the stuff he does. I guess I get wrapped up in the Joker persona when I think of evil characters smiling. But that's a great point!

It's generally give or take an hour. I generally create an empty file then save it, do the work and then go back and see when it was saved and it turns out to be more or less an hour. If it creeps towards 1 hour and 15 i'll put that. Generally it's under. I get kind of lost in these things lol. Thanks for having a look Lanna!
