My first thought was that this was a HDR piece. If it wasn't, well, it was rather dynamic.
A few things to note especially with this landscape and architecture.
The grass did lead us into the building, which wasn't too bad. Added to the grandeur of the clouds flowing out of the picture.
However, if we start getting anal and probe into the little details of the picture, there are actually a few things to note
The little flare at the side of the bench (orange tinge all of a sudden) becomes a distraction.
Then, i'll assume that this is a HDR because there are shadows abnormally cast along the edges of the building, which bear the mark of the dynamic manipulation.
As all the lights are out in the house, it might have been better if the one in the left side of the house wasn't on either.
Finally, and probably most importantly, I'm really hoping the 2 roofs(triangular and circular) poking from the roof of this building are part of it, because the sudden jutting out of the two roofs pretty much ruin the architecture feel of the building in front of us.
The overall look is also a tad dark, so if it moved by perhaps, half a stop, it might have worked a lot better too.
Overall? It really isn't too bad, but can be worked on to create a more dynamic feel.

I like this one a lot. The framing is very nice, with the edges of the building stretching to the sides of the 'canvas' (so to speak).
The sky, however, takes away this 'symmetrical' feeling, which I love - on the right side, a bright sky, on the left, clouds that offer an almost ominous feeling. Very effective indeed - a great capture.
The grass is nicely captured, too. The way it seems haphazard, sloping and missing patches makes it seem a very uneven surface to walk on. Makes one wonder the 'safety' this place might posess.
Overall, though, from an aesthetic viewpoint, this is a very nice photograph to *look* at. Very crisp colours and details. A good effort.
