but this aint very good.
Id be very thankful for any tips on learning how to pixel better!

This actually looks great!
Here: fav.me/d7mtwcu I don't pixel much, but I know that you might want to do the sketch how you would usually do it (big/small) and then put it on a 150 X 150 canvas.

Maybe it's the hair?
It seems to poof out on the left a little, and you usually keep it behind her face.

Oh that? That's a very good observation! But nah, that's not it, I just randomly decided to put her hair there while sketching. I mean something specifically related to pixel art. Thank you for helping out though!

There was nothing wrong with the ears actually, I was comparing to your old artworks. They usually have big ears.
Try the shade maybe? the chin looks like it stick to the neck.
If you're talking about the line that might not seems smooth, there are some pixel artists that give the thick lines or actually manually add anti-alias.
Personally I stick with thin lines as yours.
