Ha! Sorry, nothing but ponies until i feel better about how i draw other things. It took this long to get here! Although Discord is tempting, (he's one of the only non-equine designs in the show i like, because i'm apparently picky,) I tried him once. It was horrible. Still working on that.
Noo, i mean funnier things, more dynamic varied poses to put the horsies in, etc.

Can't say I'm against more ponies . As for your remaining drawing conundrum, I've got the perfect solution. Twilight dancing. Dynamic and funny without a doubt . If not that, maybe you could draw a pony contorted with rage. It's mostly happy smiles in your gallery, so it'd be an interesting change of pace

Also, I should probably draw faster, I have this paranoia that everything needs a background, but I know tons of artists that just post sketches, and they're fine with it. But then, their sketches usually look real good...

I do see some people do that, but backgrounds make everything better man. If I had a choice between a excellent sketch with no bg and a great drawing with one, I'd choose the latter every time.
